Codes of Conduct


This code of conduct applies to the advertisement of pharmaceuticals in the broadest sense of the word, meaning oral, print, audiovisual methods, exhibitions, conventions and symposia as well as other manners.

In addition, the code of conduct provides norms for a number of activities that have more to do with responsible handling of issues in the association of license holders and professional practitioners as well as the provision of general information on pharmaceuticals, the provision of hospitality to professional practitioners, the provision of/question of premiums or benefits in cash or in kind to/by professional practitioners, the provision of samples of pharmaceuticals and research with registered pharmaceuticals.
